American Councils is an official test administrator for the Educational Testing Service (ETS). We administer the SAT, GRE Subject. Test Center’s location is at American Councils for International Education office in Caspian Business Center, Jafar Jabbarli 40, 8311, Baku, Azerbaijan.

The SAT is developed to increase access to US colleges to all high school graduates. SAT is the most widely used admission test among colleges and universities. The SAT is an important step to your path to college. It is accepted by most colleges. The SAT is offered at least six times a year.

The SAT measures the skills you have learned in and outside of the classroom and how well you can apply that knowledge. It tests how you think, solve problems and communicate. The test is composed of three sections:

  • Critical reading, which has sentence completion and passage-based reading questions.
  • Mathematics, which is based on the math that college-bound students typically learn during their first three years of high school.
  • Writing, this has multiple-choice questions and written essay.

The SAT Subject Tests are one-hour-long tests that give you an opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge in specific subject areas.
